As you know, last week saw the last 100 Word Challenge from The Heads Office for this school year and with it, we won a prize! Therefore, I am setting you all a new 100 Word Challenge for this week, your prompt is:

It can be our way to thank Mrs Skinner for all her hard work throughout this year, helping us to improve our writing and providing us with such variety of prompts.

100 Word Challenge Winners

Galley Hill has won first prize in the 100 Word Challenge, we had the most entries over the 16 weeks that the challenge has been running.
The school will receive 2 fantastic sets of books, donated by Rising Stars.
Well done to all of you that have entered the 100 Word Challenge over the weeks.

Next year will be different because I will be going to secondary school. I will have to be more organised and I will have to make sure I get up early. Although I am looking forward to going to a new school, I am still nervous since I know it is going to be a new and big change. Eventhough I am looking forward to the summer holidays in between school, I am dreading the day before school and I have to go to bed early! So to sum up, I am so nervous yet so excited for the new year!
